Avanto Architects together with Pook Architects were invited to take part in a workshop to study a housing area of 80ha on Baltic Sea in Riga, Latvia. We created a garden city with individual villas in the beautiful pine forest. In our project people are offered direct contact to the water. The residents have a possibility to keep their private boats even next to their apartments. |
